Speed, Accuracy, and Throughput
Our Velocity Swiss Production platform includes 6 Tsugami Swiss lathes and 5 Okuma turning centers, providing exceptional part turnaround, automated bar feeding, and the flexibility to handle diverse materials such as steel, aluminum, red metals, and yellow metals. Designed for lights-out manufacturing, our Swiss machines run 24/7 with minimal operator oversight, making them ideal for cost-effective scaling without compromising quality.

Micro Machining with Live Tooling
Our Tsugami lathes support live tooling to create complex geometries in a single setup. We routinely hold tolerances of up to ±0.0005”, producing high-performance components for medical, utility, and precision instrumentation markets.
